IT support for small businesses
Your outsourced IT department for companies with 1 to 50 employees. One number for every technical problem, clear pricing with no surprises and a person who knows your system by name.
IT services for companies without an internal IT department
IT support for a small company means you have one number to call when something breaks. You do not wait for "our IT guy" who is currently on holiday. You do not pay an hourly rate every single time. Everything important is included in the monthly package.
- Fixing issues with computers, printers, email and business software
- Microsoft 365 administration: settings, licences, security
- User management: adding new people, removing leavers, assigning permissions
- Security: antivirus protection, backups, updates
- Help with buying equipment and setting up new workstations
- Monthly system health checks and proactive problem solving
Who IT support is right for
Any micro or small company that has outgrown its own IT capability. Most often these are accounting firms, law firms, smaller manufacturers, service trades, engineering firms and agencies with 5 to 30 employees.
A typical sign that you need IT support: someone in the company (often the director) spends several hours a week on technical problems that are not their job.
How we work together
We start with a free 30 minute consultation. We look at the equipment you have, the software you use and where the biggest problems are.
After that I propose a package that matches the size of the company and its real needs. No unnecessary add ons, no pushing of "premium" options.
Once we sign the contract I take over your IT environment: I document the systems, sort out backups, set up monitoring and prepare a plan for the first year.
IT support pricing
Pricing is clear and depends on the number of users and the chosen package. The monthly price includes an agreed number of support hours, all routine tasks and response times. Outside the package: EUR 70 per hour.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you come on site or work remotely? Both. Most issues are solved remotely (TeamViewer, AnyDesk); for equipment setup and physical problems I come to you.
- How long does it take you to take over our IT? Typically 1 to 2 weeks for full integration: documenting the system, taking over access, setting up monitoring.
- What if we already have our own solutions (for example Microsoft 365)? Great. I do not replace what works. I take over management of existing systems and optimise them where needed.
- Do you also work with one person companies? Yes, if it is a business user with real IT needs. The smallest package is designed for sole traders too.
