What the website needs to do

Guests looking for a luxury rental want quick answers to three questions: what the space is like, who it is suitable for and whether it is available on their chosen dates. The Villa M site therefore opens with a striking evening photograph of the villa, immediately states its location in Vodice and highlights its capacity for six guests, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The main purpose of the public website is to support direct enquiries without an intermediary platform. Availability checks are therefore part of the main navigation and opening screen, rather than a hidden option at the bottom of the page. Visitors can first get a feel for the property and then follow a clear path to choosing dates.

Visual and content structure

Large photographs guide visitors through the rooms, apartments, heated private pool, gallery and location. Calm typography, a dark colour scheme and generous space create a premium feel, while information blocks keep the page useful: the 171 m² of living space, private plot and 32 m² pool are visible without searching through a long description.

The content follows the decisions a guest needs to make. It begins with the overall impression and key figures, then covers the rooms, amenities and surroundings before leading to direct booking. Visitors can switch between Croatian, English, German and Slovenian while the core visual hierarchy remains consistent.

The mobile journey and a publicly verifiable result

On a phone, the photographic sequences become a single story, key figures stay concise and the availability button remains easy to find. Different types of content, photographs, facts, location details and the form, follow a consistent rhythm, keeping the page clear despite the number of visuals.

The live website lets visitors verify the responsive layout, multilingual navigation, gallery, location information and direct enquiry flow. The portfolio shows only published elements and does not disclose bookings, guest details or other private parts of the system.
